Dr. Ravi brings deep expertise in analytical technologies, particularly in the development of complex and first-to-file generics, as well as complex injectables. His specialization spans method validation, quality management system (QMS) implementation, pharmaceutical polymorphism, nitrosamine risk assessment, and strategies for successful bioequivalence outcomes.​

With a strong track record of scientific excellence and strategic leadership, Dr. Ravi is guiding Alcoax toward innovation-driven growth and regulatory excellence.

He has previously contributed to organizations like Kotrapharma and Novugen, working extensively in USFDA-compliant environments.​

At Alcoax, Mr. Faiz leads both the Technical and Quality Management System (QMS) functions. His unique blend of deep analytical R&D knowledge and QMS expertise enables him to drive operational excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Mohamad Alif Zilani​

Mohamad Alif Zilani is a highly skilled scientist with over 7 years of experience in Analytical Research and Development. He has previously worked with Duopharma and Novugen Pharma, gaining hands-on experience in USFDA-compliant environments.​

Alif specializes in analytical method development, with particular expertise in developing nitrosamine detection methods using LC-MS/MS technology. Over the course of his career, he has developed more than 30 complex, novel analytical methods and has played a critical role in testing and validating numerous batches.​

As the Technical Lead at Alcoax, Alif drives scientific excellence and innovation. His deep technical knowledge and commitment to quality make him a key contributor to the company’s R&D capabilities and regulatory standards.​
